To ensure everything is accurate and you’re listed correctly, please fill in the finalist details form as soon as possible.
Here’s what we need:

✅ Your name and business name – exactly as you’d like it to appear on your certificate.
✅ Category (or categories!) you’re in – select all that apply. Many of you wear more than one hat (e.g. Hair & Makeup, Photography & Videography), and we want to make sure you’re recognised for all you do.
✅ One image emailed after you have completed your form – either a headshot or a photo of you in action. We love putting faces to names, and if you win, this is the image we’ll use to shout about your success!
